During a nice visit to the Caribbean side of Panama we will take you for a wonderful tour to the ruins of Portobelo. Legend has it that Christopher Columbus in 1502 originally named the port “Puerto Bello”, meaning “Beautiful Port” , In 1980 the ruins of the Spanish colonial fortifications, along with nearby San Lorenzo Fort were designate UNESCO World Heritage Site, next stop will be Isla Grande beach where you will spend the rest of the day, and back to the hotel

ANTON VALLEY TOUR

Itinerary

6:30 am Pick up at your hotel (city limits).

Prepare to spend the day with the nature,  located in Cocle Province, 120 km from Panama City and 600 m above sea level you will go to a wonderful tour to Anton Valley, the town is located in the flat caldera of  6 km wide El Valle volcano that is inactive, you will enjoy the day by the Thermal Waters, the Mozas river, the Macho Waterfalls and watching Square trees and  Piedra pintada (indigenous map), after we will take you to back to the hotel.

EMBERA QUERA TOUR

Itinerary

Pick up at your hotel (city limits).

Enjoy an amazing adventure when you take this tour to visit the Indigenous Village of Embera, where you will be spending the day and enjoying dances, learning about their culture, history, indigenous customs and sale of crafts of the town.

Embera Indigenous are one of the tribes that still remain in Panama and they build their houses along the banks of rivers in this tour you will have the opportunity to visit and learn more about their lives.

The adventures begin when we pick you up at the hotel, and drive aprox. 1 hour outside of the city to reach the National park, where we will be transport in a canoe cruising the Chagres river the first stop we will take a small hike to a waterfall where you will be able to swim and enjoy the refreshing water, after we will go back to the canoe to cruise again the river while you can enjoy the amazing scenery and biodiversity, when we reach the Village the indigenous of the community will be waiting to welcome you, they will be perform a series of dances and music, after we will enjoy a traditional lunch made by the indigenous that consist in Fish (bedá) that is an important staple of the Emberá diet along with plantains (patá), you will have the opportunity to learn about their lifestyle and even get a souvenir to bring back home.

After we will return to the hotel.
